If a plate isn’t right for you, send it back within 30 days for a full refund. No restocking fee, no awkward questions.
You have 30days from the day your order arrives to start a return. Items should be in re-saleable condition — used the plate and changed your mind? That’s fine too, as long as it isn’t damaged.
Use the link in your order confirmation email, or open Track my order to find your order and request a return. We’ll email a prepaid label.
Once we receive the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
The dashboard is billed separately and can be cancelled any time from your account — manage it in the billing portal.
